As Vice President of Operations at Meridian Storage Group, Jack Jardina leads the firm’s operational platform and business development initiatives, with a focus on deal execution and building scalable infrastructure to support the firm’s expanding brokerage platform.
Jack brings a disciplined, process-driven approach shaped by his experience at Ziff Real Estate Partners, a Charleston-based, vertically integrated real estate investment firm, where he sourced, underwrote, and facilitated retail and self-storage investments across the Carolinas and nationwide. During his time at Ziff, Jack worked across the full real estate investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, and asset management, while gaining exposure to over $300 million in transaction volume. This background provides him with direct insight into the markets, investors, and operators Meridian engages with today.
Based in Mount Pleasant, SC, Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Supply Chain Management from Auburn University and is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina.
