Brady Mast is the President of Meridian Storage Group, a national brokerage platform focused exclusively on self-storage investment sales. After becoming the firm’s top-producing agent, Brady acquired Meridian and now leads the firm.
He advises private and institutional owners on the acquisition and disposition of individual facilities and multi-property portfolios and has led more than $340 million in closed transactions across 60+ facilities and 3.1 million net rentable square feet.
Today, Meridian Storage Group has closed more than $883 million in transaction volume across 152 transactions, representing 63,000+ storage units, 8.1 million rentable square feet, and properties in 29 states. Meridian’s fully integrated platform combines in-house underwriting, marketing, and buyer outreach to create competitive sale processes supported by relationships with the industry’s leading private operators, institutional investors, and publicly traded REITs.
Beyond brokerage, Brady is an active self-storage owner and operator, with firsthand experience in acquisitions, operations, revenue management, capital improvements, and value creation. This ownership perspective allows him to advise clients as an investor, not simply as a broker.
A magna cum laude finance graduate of Auburn University, Brady is based in Charleston, South Carolina.
