The Founder and President of Meridian Storage Group, Patrick has an unmatched depth of experience in the Self Storage sector. Having closed nearly $1 billion in self storage transactions in his career, his knowledge and expertise allows him to advise clients in the sale of any type of self storage asset. Prior to founding Meridian Storage Group, Patrick formed and led the self storage vertical at a small family owned real estate firm.When he’s not feeding his deal-addiction, Patrick can be found fishing, working out or spending time with his wife Tasha and children Finn, Cullen, Renley and Rhodes.
